How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches daily at our Northborough mill. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date to ensure you receive the freshest possible product, usually shipping within 24-48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?
While we recommend whole bean for maximum freshness, we are happy to grind your coffee for you. You can select your preferred grind size (Drip, French Press, Espresso, or Keurig) from the dropdown menu on each product page.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States. Standard orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping, which will be automatically applied at checkout.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! Our 'Coffee Club' allows you to choose your favorite blends and have them delivered to your door on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We prioritize sourcing high-quality, specialty-grade beans through fair trade practices. We work closely with importers who ensure farmers are paid premium prices, supporting sustainable agriculture and community development.
